It is hand-dyed by craftsmen in the north of Okayama prefecture called "Nishiawakura village".

The vegetable dye color is paler than synthetic dye, and the view of fade is also unstable.

It is difficult for craftsmen to dye fabrics so that they can be seen in the same color.
