| It’s a type of chino fabric commonly known as ‘WESTPOINT.’ Its name is said to originate from its use in the uniforms of an elite military officer academy called West Point in New York, USA. WESTPOINT fabric is crafted using two threads, giving it a moderate thickness, a firm texture, and a subtle sheen compared to chino fabric made with single threads, making it a premium material. The use of two threads results in a durable finish. Its high-density weave makes it resistant to friction, and it is known for its excellent touch against the skin. |
